If you are outside of our local delivery zones the standard delivery charge is £90 however feel free to get in touch, and we will be able to supply you with a tailored quote.

Hermes Standard Delivery - £2.49 per order
Please allow 1 day for dispatch, then 2 - 4 days for delivery.

Hermes Express Delivery - £4.95 per order
Please allow 1 day for dispatch, then 1 - 2 days for delivery.

Large Items

Hermes Standard Delivery - £4.49 per order
Please allow 1 day for dispatch, then 2 - 4 days for delivery.

Mirrors & Lamps

Our Mirrors & Lamps are delivered directly to you from our supplier.

Delivery is available Nationwide - with shipping costs calculated at the checkout.

Small Items - £6 UK Delivery - allow 7 days

Medium Items - £15 UK Delivery - allow 7 days

Large & Fragile Items - £25 UK Delivery - 2 person delivery due to the product nature (fragile or large) allow 14 days

 

Cancellations & Returns

Furniture Items

Cancel an order prior to delivery: You can cancel your order with us anytime by emailing sales@whatnots.co.uk & quoting your invoice number. Once we have received confirmation, we will refund you via the method of original payment within 3 working days of acknowledgement.

Cancel and return an item after delivery: In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order and return non-faulty product(s) Simply let us know by emailing us within 14 days from delivery of the items. We will arrange a suitable date and time to have the items collected (must be in delivered condition and manufacturers original packaging) and we will refund plus the basic delivery costs to your area within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.

Please note this does not apply to mattresses removed from protective wrapping, and bespoke (including stock or F&B painted) or made-to-measure furniture items including any product from The Furniture Workshop catalogues.

If an item is faulty: Please advise us in writing as soon as possible, and a member of the team will be in touch to arrange collection, re-order and re-delivery of replacement items should we be unable to repair to manufacturing standards.

Lamps Mirrors & Giftware Items

You must then arrange to have the items returned to us (must be in delivered condition and manufacturers original packaging) once received back, we will check over to ensure it is still of new and unused condition, and we will refund plus the original basic delivery costs paid within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is faulty: Please advise us in writing as soon as possible, and a member of the team will be in touch to arrange collection, re-order and re-delivery of replacement items should we be unable to repair to manufacturing standards.
